Across years of working closely with corporate organisations, one pattern kept repeating itself. Companies were investing heavily in recruitment, training, and technology, yet many still struggled with disengagement, attrition, poor communication, and declining trust.
The real challenge was rarely a shortage of policies. It was the absence of reliable insight into how employees actually experienced their workplace. Most organisations relied on annual surveys that produced thick reports but rarely led to meaningful action.
That realisation led to the creation of Inside Corporate Cultures, a company built to help organisations understand, measure, and strengthen their culture on an ongoing basis, not just once a year on paper.
Meet Our Founders
She is a TEDx speaker, a Josh Talks speaker, and an award-winning corporate trainer. Her credentials include a Certified Image Consultant qualification from ICBI in collaboration with the Conselle Institute of Image Management, USA, along with certifications as a Train the Trainer, NLP Practitioner, AI Trainer, PoSH Trainer, and External IC Member. She is also the author of “5 Secrets of Effective Team Management.”
He is currently pursuing a Global Doctor of Business Administration (GDBA) from the Swiss School of Business and Management and is a DBA researcher studying leadership effectiveness, organisational behaviour, psychological safety, employee engagement, and high performance team culture.
Together, Swati and Vimal bring a combined 40 years of experience in leadership development, behavioural training, organisational effectiveness, strategic and executive presence, corporate communication, employer branding, employee engagement, and workplace culture transformation across diverse industries.
Collectively, our founders have partnered with more than 500 organisations and positively impacted over 100,000 professionals across India, helping leadership teams build high performing workplaces, strengthen organisational culture, enhance emotional intelligence, improve employee engagement, and drive long term organisational performance through people centred strategies.
Technology Sector A fast growing technology company was seeing high employee turnover within the first year of hiring. Our assessment uncovered low manager trust and a weak onboarding experience. Leadership redesigned onboarding and introduced structured manager check ins, leading to a meaningful improvement in the employee experience.
Manufacturing Sector Departments within a manufacturing organisation were operating in silos, with assessment findings pointing to weak collaboration and communication scores. Targeted cross functional leadership interventions helped break down those silos and improve collaboration.
Services Sector A services organisation noticed declining employee engagement. Our findings showed recognition and growth opportunities scored lowest among employees. Introducing recognition initiatives and clear career development plans helped reverse the trend.
